Earthworks officially started in February of this year, and we were finally able to celebrate this with a breaking ground ceremony on Tuesday, the 18th of August 2020.
The ceremony was well attended by various stakeholders involved in the project. Excited shareholders, sales agents, the developers and construction team as well as members of the press all gathered at the site. The lowering of the Lockdown to Level 2 allowed for the occasion to be marked with a champagne toast!

This obviously seemed like an insurmountable task while we were all locked up at home, but we decided to up our marketing spend, be a little more strategic in terms of who we were marketing to, and this week we’re proud to be handing over the 131 Tree Tops apartments to the appointed construction company, Trencon,” said Tim Kloeck, CEO of Tricolt and proud developer of Tree Tops.
