How have sales been since the development was launched in March 2019? We have secured sales in excess of R 200 million since our launch last year. Even though we were under Lockdown, there has been a lot of interest in the last few months. We achieved record high sales since the drop in the interest rate.
Which units have had the most interest, and why is this? Given the development has started we have seen interest in the larger units where people are looking to downscale and move from the homes in the area into the larger deluxe units on offer.
